Her path changed when she was introduced to Glenn Williams, who was running a house flipping business and needed an operations manager. Ashley immediately attended a real estate investing boot camp, came back with a plan to get organized, and was quickly thrown into the business.
Over the last 6.5 years, Ashley and Glenn have grown Fix and Flip MN into one of the most active flipping operations in the Twin Cities, completing roughly 24 house flips per year. We discuss how they built systems and processes to scale the business, lessons learned from hundreds of renovation projects, and their newest venture helping other investors successfully manage renovation projects and house flips.
